MINIMUM ACCEPTABLE RENTAL IS 30 DAYS. Rates for individual units are variable depending on the owner's asking price. Rates DO NOT include daily or check out cleaning, damage deposit. There is an additional 13.96% Hawaii State and Hotel tax on the rental rate. There is no credit or refunds for late arrivals or early check outs.
Deposit required for all reservations is a flat $500 which is refundable less damages, etc.
